After graduating from Eastern Illinois University, I began teaching in an At-Risk Preschool program. I then obtained my Special Education endorsement and have taught in both a self-contained and blended classroom. I also hold a Master’s degree in School Leadership from Concordia University and have worked as an Assistant Principal/Preschool Director. I have taught for 11 years and all of my teaching experiences have been at the Early Childhood level. I am excited to join Ann Reid this school year and share my passion for Early Childhood Education to support the growth and development of each child as an individual. I live in Downers Grove with my husband and preschool aged son. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching sports (Cubs, Hawks and Bears), cooking and being outdoors.
